Can I skip a payment?

ACA understands that sometimes things happen which are out of the control of our customers. An extension will allow a payment to be moved to the back end of the loan. Without a signed extension agreement and approval from ACA management, payments may not be skipped.

Yes. ACA will allow a customer one due date change over the life of the loan. This is used in order to make it easier and more convenient for a customer to meet his/her contractual obligation. A due date change may not exceed 15 days from the original due date.
